The "My Risks" page shows to respondents the risks generated from the surveys they fill out. Permissioned internal users can determine what parts of this page are displayed to respondents. To determine what respondents can see on the "My Risks" page:
- Click the Cog Wheel next to your name in the top right corner: (Note: only Site Admins will see this cog wheel)
- Scroll down to the My Risks section and select the box labeled “SHOW THE MY RISKS PAGE” to allow respondents to see a complete listing of risks generated from their surveys and to enable the chat feature for these risks. Clicking this box will make two other boxes appear:
- Select the box labeled “SHOW THE RISK SCORE SEVERITY” to show the severity of a risk score on the "My Risks." Select the box labeled “SHOW THE CALCULATED RISK SCORE” to add the calculated risk score to the "My Risks" page. Select the box labeled "SHOW RISK RECOMMENDATIONS" to display risk recommendations:
If all three boxes are ticked in the My Risks box, respondents will be able to view risks generated from their surveys and discuss them with an entity owner or remediation manager through a messenger feature.
