Some surveys might require you to upload and attach documents. You can add documents directly to the portal’s repository for later use by:
- Select the “MY DOCUMENTS” tab:
- Click the “CREATE A NEW DOCUMENT” button:
- Click the “ADD A FILE” button to select a file:
- Once you have uploaded a document, you will see it appear here:
- Add a description and additional details then click the “SAVE” button:
- You will now see the document appear in the documents list:
This document can now be attached to surveys as needed.
