Recovering a forgotten password.

If you forget your password, you must create a new password: 

1. Click “Forgot your password?” on the portal's login page:

   

2.  the e-mail address with which you created your portal account. After you have done this, click the "RESET PASSWORD" button:

   

3. Click the link in the e-mail sent to your registered address:
   

   

4. Confirm your e-mail address and enter/confirm a new password.  Finally, click the "RESET PASSWORD" button:

   

From there the portal will either take you to the dashboard or, if your system administrator has it activated, a two-factor authentication page.
