The first message you will receive from Prevalent's portal is a registration e-mail. You cannot register with the password reset link on the portal's login page. You must use the registration e-mail.
The registration e-mail will be similar to the one pictured below and will contain a link to a registration page. If you have not seen the registration e-mail, check your spam or forwarding inboxes:
If the registration e-mail takes you to the portal’s login page rather than the portal’s registration page, it is possible that:

-

If the portal reports that the details you have entered are incorrect when completing the registration, there are several possible reasons why:
- The portal requires you to register using the same e-mail address to which it sent the invitation e-mail and will reject attempts using other addresses. If you want to register with another e-mail, please contact the organization that has asked you to register:
- The portal requires both passwords to match before it will allow you to register:
- Finally, do not forget to agree to the terms of use for end-users:
For more general information on registering in the portal, see our article on setting up your account.
