You can add custom questions to pre-existing surveys:
- Go to the “Define surveys” section:
- Click the “EDIT SURVEY” button:
- Drag one of the question types into questions list box:
- Enter the text of a question in the “QUESTION” field and relate the question to a risk using the “ASSOCIATED RISKS” dropdown menu. Finally, select the “Answers” tab:
- Add text to the different responses available and click the “ADD A NEW CHOICE” button if you would like to insert additional questions:
- You are also able to enforce the requirement for a Document or a Certification on each question. With these requirements, you can provide a comment via the Text box below Describe Optional Or Required Files That Are Associated With This Question
- Finally, select the “Recommendations” tab:
- If desired, add recommendations for each question:
- Click the “SUBMIT” button:
You will now find that the question has been added to the survey and will be included in any surveys that you might send as part of a schedule.
