The portal allows users to assign custom attributes to relationship types that will provide additional information to be added when the relationship is assigned to an entity. To add or edit these custom fields:
- Go to the "Manage Entities" section:
- Click on the edit button next to “Relationship Types”:
- Click the Pencil Icon:
- Click the Attributes tab at the top and then click "Create New Attribute":
- Add a name, description, and the type of field you would like inserted into the relationship. Finally, click the “SUBMIT” button:
- You will now see the custom field appear in the “Custom attributes” box:
- If you would like to change any of the details or settings added to the custom attribute, click the “EDIT” button in line with the custom field:
- Change any of the original details and then click the “SUBMIT” button:
This custom attribute can now be populated when adding this type of relationship to entities.
