After relationship types have been created, they can be used to create relationships between entities. To assign relationships to a pair of entities:
- Go to the "Manage Entities" section:
- Click the details arrow for one of the entities you would like to relate:
- Select the “RELATIONSHIPS” tab:
- Click the “Add a new relationship” box:
- Name the relationship and assign one of your custom types:
- Use the “RELATIONSHIP DIRECTION” dropdown to make this entity a source or destination in the relationship and use the “ENTITY” relationship to select the other entity in the relationship:
- Complete any custom fields and click the “SAVE” button:
- You will now see a tag appear listing the other entity in the relationship. Click the “Add a new relationship box” if you would like to add another relationship:
If you look at the other entity’s “RELATIONSHIP” tab, you will see a similar tag referring back to the entity where you created the relationship.
