There are several possible reasons why you are not receiving surveys sent to your entity in the portal.
Firstly, each entity must have a primary responder for any of its users to receive surveys. If there is no primary responder assigned for an entity you will not receive surveys even if you are a responder on that entity.
Secondly, only responders can receive surveys while survey notification e-mails are only sent to primary responders because the two roles are not the same.
If you ARE a primary responder but do NOT have the responder role on an entity you will not receive that entity’s surveys on your dashboard though you will receive the entity's e-mail notifications about those surveys.
If you ARE a responder but do NOT have the primary responder role on an entity you will receive the entity's surveys but you will not receive the entity's e-mail notifications about those surveys.
To receive both the entity's survey notification e-mails and surveys sent to the entity, you must be BOTH a primary responder and a responder on the entity.
