If you are an authorized user, you can send a message to support@prevalent.net to activate two-factor authentication.
Please note that you must indicate whether you would like to activate this feature for each user on a case by case basis or as a blanket requirement for all users of the portal.
If you activate this feature on a case by case basis, you will need to activate two-factor authentication for each user, individually.
If you activate two-factor authentication as a blanket requirement for all instance users, all instance users will be prompted to set up two-factor authentication at their next login.
