The portal allows you to create new risks to be added to the risks list. To create a new risk:
- Go to the “Manage Risks” section:
- Click on the plus button:
- Before you can continue, you will be required to add a name, description, risk type, and category to the risk:
- You can also add tags during this step though they are not required:
- Once you have populated the required fields, select the “Impact Areas” tab:
- Select one impact level for each impact area:
- Click the “SUBMIT” button to save the risk:
The newly created risk will now be visible on the risks list and can be related to survey responses.
