This guide provides instructions on how to access our Help Center. The Help Center offers a variety of resources including articles, announcements, troubleshooting guides, training videos, and more. Most of the content available is protected and can only be accessed by customers who are logged in to the Help Center. This page aims to provide steps on how to log in / register your customer account.
IMPORTANT: Please note that creating an account / logging into the Help Center is different from requesting access to the Prevalent Third-Party Risk Management Platform. If seeking assistance on the latter, please contact Support or the individual who asked you to log into a Prevalent portal.

Step 1. Navigate to Prevalent Help Portal
1.1 Navigate to Support.Prevalent.net.
1.2 Click SIGN-IN.
1.3 If you have not signed in and are attempting to access one of our help articles or a Support ticket via a direct link, you'll arrive at the sign-in page:

Option A. Create New Password
A.1 Email Support@Prevalent.net to request an Agent to verify if you have an account and trigger the email reset for you, or...
A.2 Click GET A PASSWORD.
A.3 Click the Email FIELD and enter your email address.
A.4 Click SUBMIT.
A.5 If you don't find the email in your inbox or spam folder then you don't have an account and you will need to Sign Up, please see Option B. Create Account.

Option B. Create Account
B.1 Click SIGN-UP.
B.2 Enter your First name and Surname into the first FIELD.
B.3 Enter your email address into the second FIELD.
B.4 Click SIGN UP.

B.5 Complete the steps in the email sent to you to finish creating your account.
Step 2. Access Help Portal
2.1 Click the Email FIELD and type in your email address.
2.2 Click the Password FIELD and enter in your password.
2.3 Click SIGN IN.
2.4 You land on our home page and can navigate the portal for user documentation, how-to guides and other valuable resources.
