Understanding Vendor Re-Assessment Dates
The Next Assessment Date field is automatically set 12 months from the initial assessment launch, unless customized during your Professional Services implementation. You can view this field on the Entity profile or through an Entity export.
While most clients rely on bespoke automations running behind the scenes, the date can also be updated manually. The ability to manually update, also gives you the option to delay or remove an Entity from the re-assessment scope where applicable, by updating the field accordingly.
Regular reviews are recommended, as the ROC will be notified to initiate assessments 7 days prior to the Next Assessment Date, unless customized during your Professional Services implementation. If no date is populated, the ROC will wait for your instruction before launching future assessments.
