The Prevalent Platform allows you to create a versioning file system on any Document record, which is useful for revision control and retaining older copies of an organizations policy: effectively creating a timeline of how the policy matured across newer iterations. This guide will show you how to access My Documents, Upload a new File Version, and how to toggle the Current Document file.
Step 1. Access My Documents
1.1 Log in.
1.2 Click MY DOCUMENTS.
1.2 Click MY DOCUMENTS.
Step 2. Manage File Versions
2.1 Click VIEW to open up the Document file information.
2.2 Click FILE VERSIONS.
2.3 Click ADD A FILE.
2.4 Select the file from your system and click OPEN.
2.5 Updating file versions means the Document you just uploaded is now the "Current Version".
2.6 Click MAKE CURRENT on the "Older Version" to make the previous file the "Current Version".
