How To: Submit Platform Idea

Have an idea to improve the platform? We value your input! You can submit your ideas through Prevalent Support, where they’ll be reviewed by our Product Management team. Please submit one idea per Support ticket to ensure proper evaluation. Each idea is assessed based on factors such as customer demand and alignment with our platform strategy. If your idea is added to the roadmap, we’ll notify you once it’s implemented.

Submit Your Idea

1. Send an email to Support@prevalent.net.
2. Describe the part of the platform that your idea applies to (i.e. Manage Entities, Risk Reports).
3. Tell us what features you are currently using to achieve similar results.
4. Explain the business scenario or process that is impacted by the absence of your idea.
5. Proposed solution (optional).

Example

Idea: Ability to filter search for People on an Entity

Platform Area: Entity Profile

Current: Manually must click through pages of direct, or inherited users on "People" popup.

Use-Case: It can be difficult to determine if a user is inheriting roles to a Child Entity. When the user is assigned to an Entity Responsibility, I can filter search from Manage Entities, but for other users with access to the Entity, I must manually look through the pages of users inheriting access.

Proposed solution: Availability of a search filter for users emails so that I can quickly find out if the user is inheriting access to this Entity.
