A Site Admin can determine the required methods for users to access their platform. This include multi-factor authentication like an Authenticator and SMS, or client-managed Single Sign-On. For users required to use 2FA/MFA, after they enter their email, password, and click the LOGIN button it will initiate the authentication process.
When Single Sign-On (SSO) is enabled on a platform, the login page will show extra login and registration buttons for all users, even though SSO is meant for certain internal users only. External users should disregard any SSO or alternative sign-on buttons below the "LOGIN" button.
If you think you need to use Single Sign-On but are having issues, contact your program administrator or IT department for assistance. Once the records are set up in the Prevalent platform, no further changes are made by Prevalent. Therefore, any updates within the client organization may need to be addressed before Prevalent Support can troubleshoot.
