If enabled, Responder users can Invite A New User from the "My Surveys" page. This sends an invitation for the default External Responder role to the selected Entity they can access, or the custom role assigned by the invitee for the target Entity.
1. Log in.
2. Click MY SURVEYS.
3. Click INVITE A NEW USER.

4. Enter in the email address of the user into the Email field.
5. Click the DROP DOWN arrow in the Entity field.
6. Click on the NAME of the Entity you would like to assign user to.
7. Click SUBMIT to continue or CANCEL to close.
TIP: if when you click SUBMIT a warning appears, it means the user already exists
8. Enter in the user First Name and Last Name into their respective fields.
9. Click SUBMIT to issue invite or CANCEL to close.
10. Repeat steps as required.
