If the functionality is enabled by the customer, Responder users will be able to Invite A New User from their "My Surveys" page. This feature will invite the default External Responder role to the Entity you also have access to that you selected when inviting this user.
1. Log in.
2. Click MY SURVEYS.
3. Click INVITE A NEW USER.

4. Enter in the email address of the user into the Email field.
5. Click the DROP DOWN arrow in the Entity field.
6. Click on the NAME of the Entity you would like to assign user to.
7. Click SUBMIT to continue or CANCEL to close.
TIP: if when you click SUBMIT a warning appears, it means the user already exists
8. Enter in the user First Name and Last Name into their respective fields.
9. Click SUBMIT to issue invite or CANCEL to close.
10. Repeat steps as required.
