When the Site Admin setting for responders is enabled (see Step 4.6), internal responders can export their survey answers via My Surveys. The steps outlined in Option 1 will support this use case. External users cannot export submissions from the platform and should contact the program administrator.
Internal users with higher access (i.e. Admin role) can export answers from the Entity's submission page, see Option 2 for more information.

Option 1. Internal Responder Exports Answers
1.1 Log in.1.2 From the Dashboard, click MY SURVEYS.
1.3 Click VIEW ANSWERS on the respective Survey submission.
1.4 Click EXPORT.
1.5 Select file type by clicking on one of the FILE TYPE options available.
1.6 The file will automatically download onto your system.
Option 2. Internal User Export from Entity
2.1 Log in.
2.2 Click the ORG ICON ( ) to go to Manage Entities.
2.3 Click on the Entity NAME to open the profile.
2.4 Click on the SUBMISSIONS tab.
2.5 Scroll down the page.
2.6 Click the DOWN ARROW to expand a specific schedule.
2.7 Click EXPORT.
2.8 Select export file type by clicking on a FILE TYPE option.
2.9 File will automatically download onto your system.
