If there's a user creation issue when inviting a user from the Dashboard, Entity, or Users page, a red error flag will show in the bottom right corner. Common roadblocks with user invites are:

this email already exists, and the inviting user may not have access to that user.

the user is being invited to roles with advanced permissions that surpass those of the inviting user.
- the email entered is not a valid email address.
For insight into the cause of your error, click the DETAILS button on the red error to expand.
User Already Exists
If the user already exists, use the "Add An Existing User" function instead of inviting them. If the user doesn't appear in the drop-down, it may be due to visibility issues, likely because they are on a separate Entity tree, isolated from your user permissions within the Entity hierarchy.
