This article will guide the user through navigating My Surveys, utilizing the Survey Search Filters and locating the Survey.
Step 1. My Surveys
1.1 Log in.
1.2 Click MY SURVEYS.
1.2 Click MY SURVEYS.
Step 2. Search Filters
2.1 Click OPEN FILTER.
2.2 Click on the Survey Name search FIELD and type out a keyword from your Survey.
2.3 To search by the name of the Schedule, click the Schedule Name search FIELD and enter keywords.
2.4 Click on the Entity search FIELD to populate the available options.
2.5 Either locate the Entity using the search function or navigate the drop-down manually.
2.6 Click the Entity NAME.
2.7 Click on the Status FIELD to populate your filter options.
2.8 Default filter is to View All, to select a new filter, click on the Status NAME.
2.9 Click the X in the box denoting the number of filters you have applied, this will clear all your filters.
2.10 Scroll past the filter to view the results below.
