If you have already registered your account (FAQ: How Do I Register?) then follow the steps in this article to reset your password. Please note that if you are unable to register your account or trigger your password reset then it is likely that you do not have an Account and you will need to reach out to the Administrator or individual who asked you to log in to Prevalent.
1. Navigate to the instance of Prevalent you are attempting to log in to.
2. Click the "Forgot Password?" HYPERLINK.
2. Click the "Forgot Password?" HYPERLINK.
3. Click on the email address FIELD and enter in the email address registered with the instance of Prevalent you are attempting to log in to.
4. Click RESET PASSWORD once.
5. Wait up to 2 hours before contacting Support@Prevalent.net if you have not received your Forgotten password link and you have already looked in your Spam inbox.
