This Frequently Asked Question is answered in more detail below. The short answer is if your Survey is Open and unsubmitted, you can edit and submit a different response. However, if your Survey is Closed, submitted or being reviewed, you will be unable to modify it. You can edit a Survey if it has been rejected during the review process.
Scenario 1. Survey Is Open
1.2 Click MY SURVEYS.
1.3 If the Survey you want to edit is Green, then you have already submitted this section and will need to reach out to the individual who asked you to complete the assessment.
1.4 Locate your Survey and click RESUME.
1.5 Click EDIT on the question you wish to edit.
1.6 Modify your response and click SAVE & NEXT.
Scenario 2. Survey Is Closed
2.1 If the Survey is Closed it will be greyed out and inaccessible.
2.2 You will lack the permissions required to re-open the survey so please contact the team who asked you to complete the survey and ask that they extend the survey.
Scenario 3. Survey Is Submitted
3.2 Submitted Surveys cannot be reopened and edited.
3.3 Please reach out to the Program Admin and explain your situation.
Scenario 4. Survey Is In Review
4.2 If a Survey is yellow and the option to do so is present, click RESUME to open the Survey.
4.3 Click EDIT on the response you wish to modify.
4.4 Click SAVE & NEXT.
4.5 A Survey in review can be Rejected and will appear in Red, click REVIEW.
4.6 You can edit the responses in the Rejected Survey by clicking EDIT on any response.
