FAQ: Why Did My Survey Pre-Populate Responses?

If you are Responding to a Survey and find that the questions have been pre-populated with responses, it is either that another Responder has already begun working on the questionnaire, or the Program Admin has configured this Schedule to copy answers from previous Surveys. 

If a recipient of a Schedule has answered a Survey previously and the Schedule the Survey is launched via has been configured to Copy Answers from previous Surveys, it will pre-populate the Survey with the responses submitted in an earlier iteration of this launch.

This feature benefits third-party responders as it offers the convenience of simply reviewing what the submitted answer was previously and checking to ensure that the response is still accurate... as opposed to completing a brand new Survey response each time the Schedule is repeated against the Entity.
