If the system displays a red error flag in the lower right corner of the window indicating an issue with your "email" or "token" when resetting your password, it may mean that there was a small hiccup. Perhaps you mistyped your Email Address or the reset link has expired.
Troubleshooting Steps
1. Navigate to the platform login page.
2. Click FORGOT PASSWORD?.
3. Enter the Email Address associated with your user Account for this instance.
4. Click RESET PASSWORD.
5. In 15 – 30 minutes, you will receive a "forgotten password" link via email.
6. Click on the "forgotten password" HYPERLINK within 59 minutes of receipt.
7. Click on the Email Address FIELD and enter in the Email Address that received the Forgot Password Email (ensure the address is spelt correctly with no errors).
8. Fill in the "password" field and enter the password in the "password confirmation" field too.
9. Click RESET PASSWORD.
