FAQ: Why am I seeing a "whoops" page when trying to log in?

The Prevalent Platform has a customizable timeout setting where Administrators control how long a user can stay logged into the tool. When the session expires, user is logged out and returns to the log in page.

When that user attempts to log in again from the same browser window, it will trigger:

Refreshing the page will not reset the timeout. Manually type the URL into the browser bar and hit enter.

You may now log in.
