With the appropriate permissions granted by a Site Admin, a Responder can access and review the Survey Answers for the Entities they are assigned as a responder to. Depending on the specific responder permissions set at the site level, a Responder can see Survey Answers once the Submission has ended, and/or has been Submitted (is Completed).
View Answers
1.1 Log in.
1.2 User lands on "My Dashboard".
1.3 Click MY SURVEYS.

1.5 Click "Status" FIELD.
1.6 Click COMPLETED to narrow results for all Surveys that have been Submitted or...
1.7 Click CLOSED to view Surveys that have closed.
1.8 Click VIEW ANSWERS.
1.9 Click OPEN FILTER.
1.10 Click the View FIELD.
1.11 Click ANSWERS WITH COMMENTS.

1.12 Click the Survey Question FIELD.
1.13 Click the SURVEY QUESTION referred to in the automated email you received to narrow the results to the specific question that has had the comments made against it.
TIP: if you need to search for the email in your inbox to reference which "Survey Question", by default the email is titled "A comment has been made about a submission answer"
1.14 Click COMMENTS to open the "Discussion" pop-up and view or contribute to the conversation.
