A risk can be generated with several exceptions noted. Those exceptions are linked to the original risk item via risk relationships and presented on the Related Risks tab.
Navigate Related Risks
1. Navigate to a Risk Item.
2. Click RELATED RISKS.
3. To filter by Risk Name, begin typing into the Search Risk Name field to populate relevant matches.
TIP: by default, the system filters by All Related Risk, so in order to modify this filter you must click the DOWN ARROW to expand 2 additional options to filter by ACTUAL RISKS or POTENTIAL RISKS
4. For more filters, click OPEN FILTER.
5. Additional filter properties:
- Search Risk ID.
- Search Scenario.
- Created From.
- Risk Score.
- Created Date.
- Likelihood.
- Impact.
- Current/Archive.
- Risk Categories.
- Risk Tags.
- Relationship Name.
6. Click the CHAIN button to view key details and highlight relationship path.
7. The purpose of a relationship is to be able to view the direction and the associated score of the related Risk, in addition to any custom fields associated to the related risk.
8. Click the ID HYPERLINK to open the Related Risk item.
