Responders can view their assigned tasks in the "My Risks" section, accessible through the Dashboard. External responders can view their assigned tasks within the relevant risk items overview page.
Step 1. Accessing My Risks
1.1 Log in.
1.2 Click MY RISKS.
1.2 Click MY RISKS.
TIP: users can open Risk Items in separate browser tabs by holding the "Command" key (⌘ - Mac) or holding the "Control" key (⊞ - Windows) before clicking the record
Step 2. Create Risk Item Tasks
2.1 Click RISK TASKS to navigate to the tasks assigned to the "Risk Item".2.2 Click CREATE TASK to open "Task Manager".
2.3 Click on the "Task Name" FIELD and type in a name for the task.
2.4 Click on the "Description" FIELD and enter in a description of the task.
2.5 The "Related To" fields are automatically populated with the risks ID.
2.6 The "Assigned To" field is automatically populated with the user who is creating the task.
2.7 Click on the "Assigned To" FIELD to generate a list of other users who can be assigned instead.
2.8 Click on the NAME of the user you want to assign instead of yourself.
2.9 Click on the "Due By Date" FIELD to open the calendar function.
2.10 Use the calendar to select the due date for this task.
2.11 Click CREATE to save or CANCEL to close.
Step 3. Leave Comments
3.1 Click on the HYPERLINKED TASK NAME to open the details of the task.
3.2 Click on the "Comments" FIELD and type in your text.
3.3 Click COMMENT to apply your comment.
