The "Risk Overview" Documents page displays documents that could have been originally uploaded to a response in a questionnaire that triggered this risk scenario. The document could've been directly added to a "Risk Item" for remedial or clarification purposes. This article reviews how to find, create, update, download and search for risk documents.
Step 1. Accessing My Risk Documents
1.1 Log in.
1.2 Click MY RISKS.
1.2 Click MY RISKS.
1.3 Click on the specific RISK RECORD you'd like to explore.
1.4 Click DOCUMENTS.
Step 2. Create Risk Document
2.1 Click ADD DOCUMENT to open the "Document Manager".
2.2 Click ADD A FILE to open the file explorer on your system.
2.3 Select the file and click OPEN.
2.4 Click on the Document Name FIELD and enter a name for your Document.
2.5 Adding a "Reference ID" is optional - simply click on the "Reference" FIELD and type in the ID.
2.6 Click on the "Description" FIELD and type in a summary of the file.
2.7 Click SAVE to finalize upload or X to close.
2.2 Click ADD A FILE to open the file explorer on your system.
2.3 Select the file and click OPEN.
2.4 Click on the Document Name FIELD and enter a name for your Document.
2.5 Adding a "Reference ID" is optional - simply click on the "Reference" FIELD and type in the ID.
2.6 Click on the "Description" FIELD and type in a summary of the file.
2.7 Click SAVE to finalize upload or X to close.
2.8 The document will populate within the "Documents" table.
Step 3. Update Risk Document
3.1 You may update an existing "Risk Document" by clicking on the EDIT button.
3.2 From the "Details" tab you can change the "Document Name", "Reference ID" or "Description", by following the same guidance described in Steps 2.4 — 2.6.
3.3 Click SAVE to apply changes or CANCEL to close.
3.4 To review file versioning, click FILE VERSIONS.
3.5 Click DOWNLOAD to save the "Current File" to your system.
3.6 To upload a new file version click ADD A FILE.
3.7 Select the appropriate file from your system and click OPEN.
3.8 The most recent file uploaded becomes the current version, to make another file version the "Current File", click MAKE CURRENT.
Step 4. Download Risk Document
4.1 You can save the file on your system by clicking DOWNLOAD.
Step 5. Find Risk Documents
5.1 Click "Document Name" FIELD, type documents name to focus results in the "Documents" table.
5.2 Click OPEN FILTER to view more filter options.

5.3 Click on the "Document ID" FIELD to search by the ID associated with the document.
TIP: Document ID is automatically assigned when uploaded and is visible under the ID Column
5.4 The "Created By" filter is pre-set to "All".
5.5 Click the "Created By" FIELD and click on the users NAME.
5.6 Click the X in the "Created By" field to clear it.

5.7 Click on the "Document Type" FIELD to expand options to search by a specific file type.
5.8 Click on the "File Type" NAME to set the filter.
5.9 Click the "Document Tags" field to populate a drop-down of tags.
5.10 Click the tag NAME to filter for documents with this tag applied.
5.11 Repeat Step 5.10 as desired.
5.12 Click the X in the respective bubble denoting the name of the tag to remove filter.
5.13 To reset all filters, click the X in the bubble showing the number of filters applied.
5.8 Click on the "File Type" NAME to set the filter.
5.9 Click the "Document Tags" field to populate a drop-down of tags.
5.10 Click the tag NAME to filter for documents with this tag applied.
5.11 Repeat Step 5.10 as desired.
5.12 Click the X in the respective bubble denoting the name of the tag to remove filter.
5.13 To reset all filters, click the X in the bubble showing the number of filters applied.
