This article will review how to navigate to My Risks and how to filter your Risk results through the Filter function. Step 2 provides guidance on navigating the Risk Item Overview page.
Step 1. Accessing My Risks
1.1 Log in.
1.2 Click MY RISKS.
1.2 Click MY RISKS.
1.3 Click OPEN FILTER to expand filter options.
1.4 The colored boxes are functional, click a BOX to filter by Risk Criticality.
1.5 You can filter by the following properties:
- Search Risk Name.
- Search Risk ID.
- Search Scenario.
- Created From.
- Entity.
- Risk Score.
- Created Date.
- Likelihood.
- Impact.
- Risk Status.
- Relationship Name.
- Survey Question.
- Estimated Completion Date.
- Estimated Cost.
- Source ID.
- Related Risks.
1.8 Total Risk Score: displays the sum of all risks raised by approved questionnaire submissions.
1.9 Click on the specific Risk Item you'd like to explore.
TIP: users can open Risk Items in separate browser tabs by holding the "Command" key (⌘ - Mac) or holding the "Control" key (⊞ - Windows) before clicking the record
Step 2. Risk Overview Details
2.1 Risk Item Overview:
- Status: Denotes the status of the Risk.
- Source: Entity name.
- Score: Risk criticality.
- Risk: Displays the name of the Risk and a description.
- Risk Type: Displays the Risk Type as per client categorization.
- How the risk was established: Displays the question.
- Scenario: Displays the response(s) selected.
- Show Possible Answers: Click SHOW POSSIBLE ANSWERS to view all response options.
- Created From: Displays the name of the user who submitted this response.
- Estimated Cost: Displays the financial impact the Risk represents to the client organization.
- Estimated Completion Date: Displays the projected deadline for when Risk will remediated, click EDIT to change this date.
- Created Date: Displays the date this Risk was created.
- Assessment Updated Date: Displays the date that the Risk was last raised against this Entity.
- Any Custom fields associated to the Risk Item will be displayed.
