This article will guide the user through navigating My Contracts and utilizing the Documents Search Filters. You can create, download, edit, and remove Contract Documents.
Step 1. View My Contracts
1.1 Log in.
1.2 Click MY CONTRACTS.
1.3 Click on the CONTRACT record to open "Contract Overview".

Step 2. Search Filter Options
2.1 From "Contract Overview", click DOCUMENTS.
2.2 Click OPEN FILTER.
2.3 Click the "Document Name" FIELD, start typing any part of the name, and results will appear below.
2.4 Click the "Document ID" FIELD and enter the digit representing the Contracts identifying number.
2.5 Click on "Created By" FIELD and click the NAME of a user from the populating drop-down menu.
2.6 Click on the "Document Type" FIELD and click the NAME of the file version you wish to filter by.
TIP: the default is to search for "All Types"

2.7 Click on the "Document Tags" FIELD and select a tag to filter by clicking on its NAME.
2.8 You can repeat Step 2.7 as many times as needed.
2.9 To remove "Document Tag" filters, click the X in the bubble for the specific tag.

2.10 To reset the entire filter, click the X in the bubble displaying the number of filters applied.
2.11 Scroll down the page to the "Documents" table.
Step 3. Create Contract Documents
3.1 Click CREATE DOCUMENT.
3.2 Click ADD A FILE and select a file from your system.
3.3 Click ADD A FILE and select a file from your system.
3.4 Click on the "Reference" FIELD and type in a Reference ID.
3.5 Click on the "Description" FIELD and leave a small summary of the document contents / purpose.
3.6 Click SUBMIT to save or CANCEL to close.
3.7 Skip Step 3.2 — Step 3.6 to instead choose an existing Document by clicking on the tab CHOOSE AN EXISTING DOCUMENT.
3.8 Click on the search FIELD and type words from the document name you are looking for.
3.9 Click SELECT DOCUMENT on the desired Document Record.
3.10 The document will save as a Contract Document.
3.2 Click ADD A FILE and select a file from your system.
3.3 Click ADD A FILE and select a file from your system.
3.4 Click on the "Reference" FIELD and type in a Reference ID.
3.5 Click on the "Description" FIELD and leave a small summary of the document contents / purpose.
3.6 Click SUBMIT to save or CANCEL to close.
3.7 Skip Step 3.2 — Step 3.6 to instead choose an existing Document by clicking on the tab CHOOSE AN EXISTING DOCUMENT.
3.8 Click on the search FIELD and type words from the document name you are looking for.
3.9 Click SELECT DOCUMENT on the desired Document Record.
3.10 The document will save as a Contract Document.
Step 4. Download & Edit & Remove Contract Documents
4.1 From "Contract Overview", click DOCUMENTS.
4.2 Click DOWNLOAD to save file onto your system.
4.3 Click EDIT.
4.4 On "Edit Details" you can change the Document Name, Reference and Description.
4.5 Click SUBMIT to save any changes or CANCEL to close.
4.6 Click ADD A FILE to select a new file version from your system.
4.7 Click MAKE CURRENT to make that file the current version.
4.8 You can repeat step (add a file) as often as necessary.
4.9 You can Download documents and document versions by clicking DOWNLOAD.
4.10 Click TASKS tab to view Tasks related to this document.
4.11 Click on Task NAME to navigate to the Task.
4.12 Repeat Step 4.1, click REMOVE on a Contract Document you want to detach from the Contract.
4.13 Click CONFIRM to proceed or CANCEL to close.
4.2 Click DOWNLOAD to save file onto your system.
4.3 Click EDIT.
4.4 On "Edit Details" you can change the Document Name, Reference and Description.
4.5 Click SUBMIT to save any changes or CANCEL to close.
4.6 Click ADD A FILE to select a new file version from your system.
4.7 Click MAKE CURRENT to make that file the current version.
4.8 You can repeat step (add a file) as often as necessary.
