This article outlines how to access My Contracts and the Contract Overview page, and explains the Details panel and other tables in the Overview.
Step 1. View My Contracts
1.1 Log in.
1.2 Click MY CONTRACTS.
1.2 Click MY CONTRACTS.
1.3 Click on one of the RECORDS to open the "Contract Overview".
Step 2. Contract Overview Details
2.1 Contract Details Overview:
- Contract ID: the numerical identifier for the contract.
- Contract Name: name of the contract.
- Contract Type: displays the name of the type of contract.
- Entity: displays the name of the Entity the contract is assigned to.
- Status: displays the status of the contract.
- Reference: displays the reference ID of the contract (if provided).
- Description: contract description (if provided).
- Start Date: denotes when the contract goes into effect.
- End Date: the date the contract becomes inactive.
- Value: displays the financial value assigned to this contract.
- Contract Owner: the user assigned to this contract as "Contract Owner".
2.2 There is a table for displaying "Associated Contracts".
2.3 If there are no "Associated Contracts", the table will say so.
2.4 There is a table displaying "Latest Discussion".
