When a Site Admin activates the "My Contracts" page, Responders with access to Entities linked to Contracts can view and access this section. This article explains how to navigate a Contract and participate in Contract discussions.
Step 1. Access My Contracts Page
1.1 Log in.
1.2 Click MY CONTRACTS.
1.2 Click MY CONTRACTS.
1.3 Click on the CONTRACT record to open "Contract Overview".
Step 2. Discussion Participation Overview
2.1 The "Latest Discussion" table on the Overview page displays the latest comments.
2.2 Click on the text FIELD and enter in your comment.
2.3 Click ADD COMMENT.
2.4 A green success flag will populate from the lower right hand corner of the window.
2.5 Click MORE > on the "Latest Discussion" table or click DISCUSSION to navigate to a page dedicated to the discussion taking place on this Contract.
2.6 Rich text formatting can be applied to your Comments by double clicking the TEXT or highlighting.
2.7 Click an OPTION to apply.
TIP: repeat Step 2.6 and Step 2.7 to remove the rich text formatting
2.8 Once satisfied with the formatting of your comment, click ADD COMMENT.
2.9 A green success flag will populate to confirm that comment has been added.
